When I am not working, you can find me (usually outside) with my children; having impromptu kitchen dance parties; volunteering for my favorite child-focused charities; and working to promote diversity and inclusion in my community. My wife and I were foster parents for 11 years and we are also trans-racial adoptive parents.

Professionally, I have spent the last 18 years working in the human services sector to better the lives of marginalized people and living my belief that we are all in this together. My sweet spot is in demonstrating how creative, innovative problem-solving around seemingly intractable social issues can drive success for business and society - progress but not at the cost of people.
